Not sure what’s covered? We can help
Every policy is different, and we know it can be tricky to work out what is included. While we do not have access to your full policy details, our team can guide you on what questions to ask your provider and help you estimate potential out-of-pocket costs before your appointment.
A friendly reminder about annual limits
Most health funds reset their extra benefits every year. If you do not use your dental cover before the reset date, your unused benefits are usually lost. If you are unsure whether you have remaining dental cover, we recommend checking with your fund or giving us a call before your next visit.
Need a hand with your claim?
Our team is always here to make your visit easier. If you have any questions about your health fund or how claiming works at Plaza Dental, feel free to get in touch with our friendly front office team.
